I don't know about every great idea but without a doubt government cash has helped researchers, universities, corporations innovate. Remember folks, if your first/biggest customer is the government or your initial grant/loan is via the government they can lay claim to the great idea. The United States government is the biggest venture capitalist on the planet.
First off its not the goverments cash its our cash they steal it from me to support other things to get more votes. Research was going just fine before goverment started taking more money then they actually needed to run the goverment so they set up these grants/perks to pay people back.

Fail.

I've seen some Glen Williams references around here today and was like, "who is Glen Williams." I even googled him. Lol. Now I know.

Your right around 3:15 is the best part about how the employees should run the business. I guess he forgot that he could get other people and open their own business and have it run by them. I guess under his thought the employees will also pay all the bills to keep the business open and deal with all the other stuff the owners have to deal with. I also like ho he does not like be told what to do at work. I guess the employer should just pay them to show up to work and do what ever. I would say under his perfect world most businesses would last maybe one month or may be two. LOL

Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear

Watched some of this Saturday and figured at least it might be funny but its was not even funny. They did have a decent turnout but the event was pretty bad in terms of entertainment.
