You can prob say the same about Steelers fans. I def know my share of bandwagon Steelers fans.

To me the majority of Pats fans are just Red Sox fans that have nothing to do i the baseball off season (and still pr*cks).

Yeah Pats fans were nowhere to be seen prior to 2001, but that franchise has given fans plenty of reasons to hop on board. Steelers fans are just everywhere, no matter where you go it seems.

Yep, They switch to Giants fans real quick most of the time. As bad as it is, one things for sure, I couldn't imagine having to live in Philly. Thats got to be the ultimate suck for Skins fans.

I don't know about that. The only two Jets fans that are close friends of mine have been hardcore for as long as I've known them (25+ years). I think it's the NY press that is hardcore for the G-men, but only interested in the Jets when they're winning.

I must say, I enjoyed seeing Belicheat get thoroughly outcoached by Rex Ryan tonight. Where were the Pats brilliant halftime adjustments? Burning nearly 8 minutes running the ball in the 4th quarter down two scores was unbelievable. Say what you want about how great Belicheat is, but he has lost 3 consecutive post-season games (2 at home, one a Super Bowl) WITH TOM BRADY AS HIS QB.

If only...

Don't know if you guys realize how close we were to having Ryan and Sanchez (and Fassel) here

Only one man stood in the way...
I was very much hoping we'd get Sanchez... He was clearly the Best qb to come out of the draft in five years.

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)

Believe me, before the Patriots started winning Super Bowls, I never saw ONE Patriots fan around where I live. Suddenly, they started coming out of the wood-work after their 3rd Super Bowl. Many are fans solely because of Tom Brady.

But let's remember that Bill Belichick has won 3 Super Bowls, and lost 1. Same as Joe Gibbs, except Joe Gibbs didn't have a Franchise QB for all three Super Bowls. Also, it was Bill Parcells that helped to turn things around with that franchise. I might sound like a homer, but until BB wins his fourth Super Bowl, I would say he's no better than Joe Gibbs.

So, with that said, I am more than happy that the Jets won. I'm not a big fan of Rex Ryan, but you know, I respect the fact that he and his Jets team has no fear in team. I certainly hope he beats the Steelers. The Steelers rank up there close to the Cowboys in my book! Here's to hoping for a Green Bay VS NY Jets Super Bowl!

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)

I'm def. rooting for the Jets next week. If the Steelers make the SB life will suck hard, especially since they'd be a lot tougher to beat if they played the Bears or Packers. Plus I swear if I see Roethlisberger holding up the Lombardi and/or winning Super Bowl MVP I will be sick. I wonder what the headlines would read if that does happen.

Until Luck comes out next year right?

I like Sanchez a lot and I'm glad they're finally trusting him but let's not get carried away

Roethlisberger rapes the [insert NFC east team name] for third Super Bowl title?

Sanchez is the opposite of Flacco and Ryan. Where Flacco and Ryan are great in the season, Sanchez has decided for some reason that the postseason is where he needs to bring his A-Game. Though I will admit they won in spite of him last week through the first 3.75 Quarters. It really is remarkable though how well Sanchez has been in the postseason.
