Probably nothing unless they decide to blow up the team. However, I am sure Lovie Smith is in no mood to start over after having such a promising start earlier this season. Besides, the NFC North is going to be very competitive next season.
SIDENOTE: Interesting point by Clayton on Fisher: "John Clayton the other reason Fisher might prefer St. Louis over Miami is that he can pick his GM. MIami has Jeff Ireland already in place"

Very true for now, but that could always not be true at this point next year.
I'm surprised that Norv is getting yet another shot. I'm just saying that if we're going to say he's unaccomplished as a HC, we're talking out of both sides of our mouths.
