Been pondering the situation and at first felt like a Flynn, trade-down to Tannehill would be a nice pickup. However, I'm starting to warm on this Manning thing. Been reading all the pros/cons and I think they could make it work. If you rank draft QB's like Luck (1), RGiii (1A), Tannehill, Foles, etc. then you'd have to say the FA's sort out something like this - Manning, Flynn, Orton, Rex or whoever (talking about those you wouldn't have to trade for).
Manning would definitely be the prize of FA with a Tannehill/Foles follow-up in the draft. I'm beginning to think this might be a really good thing.
