One underrated item was hightowers blitz pickup. Seemed like he stepped up a couple times there.

His scramble before the TD pass was awesome.
His fumble...that's our Rex. We should just accept he'll have one of those ugly plays every game, so the key will be going enough to make up for it. The drive following that was beautiful.

Jets seem to be making the best of a similar situation with Mark Sanchez. Its like you said, the key is doing enough good to make up for the wtf moments. Rex went way passed my expectations and Im sure that of many others, He really settled in nice. I'm happy.
