I often confuse doctors and pool men, too. They are just so similar what with the fact that both doctors and pool men have to endure eight years of education and training on top of their four year Bachelors degrees. Manning/Orton and Tannehill/Cousins looking like currently the most likely combinations. With possibly another QB drafted later in the draft.

But it's still so early

Orton + Tannehill/Cousins = Last Place in 2012 & 2013.

Manning/Tannehill or a trade up are the only options IMO.
