See, that's where you and I part ways. Going with smooth yams was the best move I ever made.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
Thought it was about time to give this thread a bump.
A lot of times here you see people referring back to times they were grilled by the rest of the forum but are now looking for credit for something they predicted or opined, nothing wrong with patting yourself on the back sometimes, but you rarely see someone say hey you know what, I was wrong about this. So... I was wrong when I thought McNabb would make a smooth transition to this system. I also thought we would have a better running game to support him. I also didn't think the defense was going to be so god-awful this year. Anything you care to admit to being wrong on? |

Re: I Was Wrong When...
The Redskins are who I thought they were. They are mediocre team with mediocre talent and a lot less heart and will than teams with lesser talent. I predicted they would be 7-9 so I might be wrong about that.
Being out off playoff contention is kinda liberating...like I'm free from the cage the Redskins put me in for 3 months. I'm out on bail until next year.

3-4 is a good idea. Jim Haslett not so much.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
Looks like I'll probably be wrong on my 8-8 prediction.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong on:
- Brandon Banks durability and ball security. Good to see the young man be successful. - I bought in on the SF wininng the NFC West pre-season hype.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
Ouch. BIG ouch.
Here's all Redskins with #92. Choose a new nameplate. D. Evans is probably the best...but a Dexter Nottage could be cool. You'd have the only one outside of his mother probably. 92Derek Bunch LB6' 3'' / 215Michigan State 92Martin Chase DT6' 2'' / 305Oklahoma 92Jerry DeLoach DE/DT6' 2'' / 315California 92Jamal Duff DE/DT6' 7'' / 285San Diego State 92Demetric Evans DE6' 3'' / 289Georgia 92Daryl Gardener DT6' 6'' / 320Baylor 92Dexter Nottage DE/DT6' 4'' / 273Florida A&M

SF has all the tie-breakers and they have the best chance of winning the NFC West!! If they win out they win...if they win 2 of 3 and are tied with the rams and the hawks at 7-9 they win.
