That is correct. You can always change a not guilty plea to guilty but you can not change a guilty plea, it is all over if you plead guilty.

sorry i dont want life in prison for this. im all for the death penalty... yeah ill get crap for this but thats my opinion. atleast the actual shooter should get the death penalty at the least..

I would love for them to get the death penalty. But he was 17 so I don't think it's possible. But if I could lay down the sentence you better believe it would be death for all of them.

Here is some more news on the fours guys in the Sean taylor case:
"The gun used to mortally wound Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor in a bungled burglary attempt Nov. 26 was stuffed in a white sock and pitched out the window of a moving car hours after the shooting, the attorney for one of the four defendants in the case said Thursday. Not long after disposing of the gun, three of the four defendants burned the clothes and masks they had worn in a wooded section of suburban Fort Myers, Fla., known as Lehigh Acres, the defendant, Venjah K. Hunte, 20, also told his attorney Michael Hornung, according to Hornung." If you ask me these guys did not want to be caught one bit and only after the police were able to nab them everything is coming out of the woodwork. Burning your clothes and disposing of the weapon and crowbar used to gain entry in the house sure looks pretty bad to me. washingtonpost.com |
