Can't say I cried any tears during that movie, but only because I have read the book roughly ten times (literally), and, as is so frequently the case with a book you really love, a movie based on it doesn't quite measure up.

I cried out in pain when I was forced to watch twilight. That was abysmal.

The usual. Rudy, Saving Private Ryan, Steel Magnolias, Forrest Gump, Field of Dreams...

Glory gets me too. If With Honors wasn't such a bad movie, I probably would have shed a tear. And Hotel Rwanda would have made me cry had I not known about the scene already...

I saw one that had Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" as the music. I barely got out of the first 5 seconds without streams.

Try watching this without shedding a tear. When they show his fiancee Jackie crying at the funeral while Sean's daughter is bouncing around next to her... sheesh

I, too, have a hard time watching anything about Sean. Even now, if I start watching stuff on Youtube....Niagra Falls!

Re: Movies that make you cry?

Every time i watch Saving Private Ryan i have to walk away during the scene where the guy is fighting the German soldier and that little B**ch is outside the room crying in fear on the steps while his fellow soldier is being killed. i find myself talkin to the tv. Get your A in there and help him you Pus**!! but yeah the end is a tough one to hold back.

I have trouble watching that part too. I can understand shitting your pants in that situation. But to freeze up when you have the chance to save your buddies life is inexcusable! Saving Private Ryan really gets to me and I shed a few tears each time I watch it. But is defiantly one of my favorite movies of all time.
