Adam Schefter Another WR for Wash. On same day they nabbed Donte Stallworth, Redskins reached agreement with WR Brandon Stokley on a one-year deal.

True, but I think it's as much up to Rogers if he wants to come back as it is to the Skins. Rogers wasn't exactly enthusiastic about coming back to us.
