I'm an adult. Youre an adult. We are talking about trivial tv sports. You'd rather spend the next 16 weeks..." it sucks, we suck ,Snyder sucks...yeah, that sounds like fun and intelligent sports banter..
I've researched my current view of sports for 4 years. The Redskins will quietly go 1-6 the next 2 weeks, losing to SF.
Then they will start winning. If you're so knowledgeable about football, you've noticed the parity era that teams win and lose in unexpected, unexplainable bunches..bad first half season, good second half. Have you not noticed? Half the league is rookie and back up QBs. Dallas lost 2 in a row and Giants have holes. Eagles are skitzo, high and low.
Haskins will go off on miami and you'll say ..yeah, but it's just Miami. They'll lose to Niners but have a good showing.
You'll think.. "man, if they just would have started better... then 3 wins appear, then 4, 5. The nfc east splits wins with each other. Skins go 4-4 in division. What ever math it takes, Skins will be in playoffs. Haskins has too much JuJu. You'll see....
But go ahead, spend the next two weeks thinking you have any idea what Snyder thinks or does . While he continues to sit on a pile of money ,laughing at all of us. He's fine. Nothing is wrong in his world.
The Redskins are proud and storied franchise. One of the first 8 to enter the NFL that's lasted this long. This is season 100. The NFL will make sure they are one of the 6 teams in the playoffs this year. Enjoy the season.

What does it matter if Patriots fans buy their tickets directly or on the secondary market?

Your fans don't want to come to your games because you and Dan Snyder are pieces of garbage. Oh man, to be a media member in that room.

Aren't all NFL tickets other than season ones sold on the secondary markets these days? I didn't think anyone walks up to a box office on NFL stadium grounds and buys tickets any more. For the record I haven't attended an NFL game since the Rams were in Anaheim, Ca. Some of you probably weren't even born then.

Lombardi with the good analogy, says firing Jay is like throwing a deck chair off the Titanic.

Re: Jay Gruden fired

From Day one of this year, it looked to me like Jay had already checked out. I could see him being really pissed at DS for over-ruling him about Haskins being picked for the team. Especially because Jay is a GB guy. It kind of adds insult to injury. After he got fired he was probably dancing for joy. Now he has this huge dysfunctional monkey off his back. And he still has millions of dollars. That's a win, win.

Nobody talking about this yet?

Wtf do we gotta do to get Danny to see the light?

I also agree with Gruden on Haskins.

I do like him. I think the world of him. He's going to be a great quarterback one day. Time is really important for him."
People really think it's gonna suddenly click for Haskins while he's staring down defensive formations on the field? I really don't understand the hostility towards having qb's who aren't pro-ready sit out their first season to get acclimated. Did it hurt Aaron Rodgers? Tom Brady? Patrick Mahomes? Phillip Rivers?

Did it help Dak Prescott to start since game 1 as a rookie? More than it helped surrounding him with a stud offensive line, a top-5 running back and multiple weapons at WR/TE?

Everybody is different. If multiple coaches say Haskins isn't ready, I'm inclined to agree. If they felt like he could run enough plays to win games I am positive he would be in there taking his lumps.

Re: Jay Gruden fired

Starting Haskins with an OL in disarray (injuries and no TW) would be a bad decision and can ruin a young QB’s confidence. Team is going nowhere, so lets be patient.
