Just wanted to mention the historic win last night. First team in Capitals history to win 11 games in a row. Pretty incredible stuff.
Theodore played probably the best game in a capitals uniform... which was kind of a symbolic win in a way. All the trash everyone (including me) has been talking... and he bails us out big time. Huge win... We're #1 in the NHL once again in points. Lets see if it carries over to the playoffs........

yea, that was a pretty awesome game last night. theo definately played as well as i've ever seen him play and knuble has been on a tear lately. the caps are on one heck of a roll. here's to hoping they can keep it going

theo definitley looked awesome last night thoose two save he had back to back when he laid out in the third were great, it's real fun to watch a winning team, should be a good game tomorrow night i can't wait for sunday though trhat will be a great game on national tv before the superbowl.
i really wonder how the olympics are gonna efffect the team this year since they are on such a tear i don't know if it will mess them up or give them a much needed break, if they win up to the break that will tie the nhl record for winning streaks

ov8 just had one of the most amazing passes i have ever seen going behind the net then going through the legs of a defense men to backstrom who dropped it off to knuble for the goal i hope they get 12 tonight and make it 13 against the pens

Penalties are just awful tonight. Way too many. And our road PK is 27th in the league. Certainly room for improvement there.

Looks like Sunday's game against the Pens will be played despite the weather. I have easy access to underground red line metro, so if anyone has tickets they want to give up, let me know! It's gonna be a weird game attendance-wise considering the weather.
