Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
You make a good point but I still don't think he's all that good. If he was why did the Packers trade him? Why does my friend claim that HAHA sucks? Based on what I've seen he doesn't look like anything special. I would rather have the draft pick.

But you can look at the Green Bay front office and over the last several years they have made a series of poor moves. They are really not a good team, very stupidly most seem to give them a pass because they have Rodgers... Their decisions have been poor time and time again, so it really doesn't surprise me they weren't gonna sink money in HaHa because they need a lot more talent before they can compete with Minnesota and Chicago...both rosters have much more talent. |

The last Ha Ha is on the skins for bringing this guy in. Is it just me or has the D looked like shit from the day he stepped on the field.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
It didn't work, but I don't have a huge problem with it. We got him for a 4th round pick, and we'll likely get a compensatory pick back for letting him walk. Oh well.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
He's in a tough spot, u are asking a guy to learn coverage concepts for a whole new team halfway through the season. His main job is to cover the MOF and not let deep balls get behind him. He's done a good job at that, he's just not a very good tackler and lacks that aggression u need in a deep S.

That being said, the impact isn't there, so based on what he's likely to get in the open market, I'd rather let him walk and take the compensatory pick. If there is a way we can keep him for a Swearinger like deal I'd keep him and see what they can do together. Probably not realistic, but maybe.
