Cowher is completely different. He built the Steelers himself. In his 15 years they had 13 winning seasons, and had them in the playoffs 10 years, 8 division titles, 2 Super Bowl appearances, 161-99 record. Cowher was one of the toughest on his players but loved and respected at the same time.

Gruden inherited a team, luckily won a Super Bowl and sucked after that. He’s built nothing. His record was a paltry 101-98.

Jay Gruden and Scot M were Bruce decisions as was Alex Smith. Bruce Allen is not qualified to make GM level football decisions and needs to go.

Our current team is the creation of Bruce Allen.

I think at least internally, Eric Schaeffer(spelling?) and Kyle Smith are excellent folks to move up to GM / President roles. I have heard that the feeling within the organization is that those guys are either going to get promoted or plucked.

No clue about who the head coach would be..

I would think with Bruce gone, the job would look much more attractive than it does now.

According to Keim back during the draft, Kyle Smith was responsible for the players drafted this year. If you search Keim’s twitter feed you’ll see it there.

Either of the Harbaugh bros if available

LaFleur, Waldron and Lazor are former Redskins assistants. LaFleur and Waldron have been mentioned as possible future NFL coaching candidates.
