O-line was bad. No other way to describe it.

Tress way looked good. I am concerned we are going to see the same thing we saw last year a solid D that gets burned out by our one dimensional offense not being able to go past 3 downs

Man I love Haskins arm, but played like a rook. He is truly a project.
I saw some positives from some other young players tho. Oline is a concern still, need that silverback roaming the field

Best positive. No injuries to critical players. Followed closely by Morelands play.
I also liked the Penn Martin left side of the line. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |

Keenum will be QB1, Haskins isn't ready just yet. If we start 1-4 (hope not) then play him

I’m going to go out on a limb and say if Robert Davis stays healthy, keep him and get rid of Richardson.

I heard Jimmy Moreland had a party tonight?
We've never had any success with a small, fiesty CB before though.

Praying our playcalling on both sides of the ball improves from last year... Praying 🙏

Have only watched the 1st half so far, but Moreland, Holcomb and (my man) Ryan Anderson were the only real positives. McKinzy making some nice catches too. Biggest worries so far: -We have no depth on the OL: Kerin, Parris and Flowers are absolute trashes. And we better hope Christian does not see the field much either. Penn looked ok. -No depth on the DL either: a part from Settle it really is a bunch of JAGS.

Re: Skins @ Browns PS WK 1
I thought the OL was going to have trouble and it did. The left side of the OL had penalty problems and played badly. I hope this convinces Bruce Allen to pay TW the guaranteed money he wants and try to fill this huge hole in the OL. The right side of the OL will be fine. This OL is thin. Without TW this OL looks to be the worst part of the Redskins team.
WR backups looked good. Davis looked very good. He’s back after his injury last year and scored the only TD. McLaurin only played one play, which I thinks means that he’s considered a starter and they’re saving him for the last pre-season games. Cam Sims wasn’t brought in until later in the game which was a surprise. Quinn only caught one pass. Couldn’t tell how long he played. Kitsy had some catches. I think we’ll see the rookie and second year WRs pass up Richardson and especially Doctson. If the QB has time to throw the WR will be much better than last year. Reed didn’t play and as long as he’s healthy he will be a great offensive weapon. Totally unimpressed with RB Perinne. He missed a straight on block on a DL rusher and Haskins took a bad sack. I didn’t think he rushed well either. He reminds me of Doctson, a player who never matches his potential but is still loved by Gruden. I think he will be passed up by someone else for the #4 RB and let go. Moreland looked fantastic and is the Cinderella story of the 2019 TC and PS. Holcomb looked good also. Other DB got shredded by Mayfield. I hope we have a real pass rush with the 1st team DL, to help our DB. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Skins @ Browns PS WK 1
With the situation w/ the o-line I'd say the Love pick was a bad one. It's early but we desperately need another body in there who can play. Enough with the Flowers experiment. You can't put him out there in a regular season game. You just can't.
Haskins footwork is RG3 bad. That is something that can be fixed but I was a little disappointed with him. He needs game reps badly. No need to play #6. I will say Haskins moves a lot better than everyone said he could. Love Holcolmn and Moreland. Those two guys are going to be starters for us. |

Re: Skins @ Browns PS WK 1
Haskins has the raw talent and seemingly the smarts to be a really good quarterback. The problem for him is the same problem many other Redskins have faced and will face. Do they get coached up? No. Do they get talent around them? No. I wonder if poor Dwayne realizes what kind of a dumpster fire organization he took a job with?

Moreland looked great but same problem exists as for any other. We have a dipshit for an owner, one for a gm, same for HC. Same for DC. So one of two scenarios- he stays in Washington for some odd years in asinine schemes or winds up somewhere else where he excels. |

Re: Skins @ Browns PS WK 1
Jimmy Moreland was playing the boundary Corner position? is that right? I think I saw that with Fabian strictly inside....
Moreland is a baller Ill say this...Offensively we should be putting up more than 10 points. I don't care who was playing, we should be fundamentally stronger on offense and scoring. THIS SEASON IS ALL ABOUT THE OFFENSE.
