When the SKINS meet RG3 in Waco they told him we traded up for you.
They talked to RG3 about how they plan to use him (might of gave him a playbook). RG3 is not allowing Indy to leverage a pick from the SKINS to get him.
Still holding on to that ridiculous notion of the Colts drafting RGIII and trading him to us for later picks huh? |
Still holding on to that ridiculous notion of the Colts drafting RGIII and trading him to us for later picks huh?
That's hilarious! The Colts only have one pick and we certainly aren't going to give up more picks to get RGIII or Luck when we will have one or the other. I can't fathom how someone could logically think this could happen. |

RG3 is not allowing Indy to leverage a pick from the SKINS to get him. Read everything I typed. Basically he's not playing the game. Knows SKINS traded up for him. |

I hear that. I asked him why he chose RG3 as his Twitter moniker if he doesn't like that nickname, but I'm not expecting a response seeing as how he's new to Twitter. |

How can that be, when 22K can read Griffins Tweets (if his twitter handle is RGIII, doesn't that kinda mean he's ok with RGIII as a nickname, regardless of his interview?) |

Did you guys hear anything about Robert Griffin III turning down the Colts request for a private workout? I haven't seen anything yet. Seriously what's the point of joining a message board where all people do is talk, if you're not going to read. It seems like a fundamental point of being an active participant on a message board. |

Him going before 6 was a byproduct of our trade with STL |

I'm sure this has been mentioned a lot here, but, lets say for a second we had the #1 overall pick, Do you still take RG3 or Luck?
I'm sure this has been mentioned a lot here, but, lets say for a second we had the #1 overall pick, Do you still take RG3 or Luck?
Luck. He's less of an injury risk (Lucks one broken finger trumps RG3's torn ACL and concussion in terms of durability) and he has already excelled in a pro style offense showing the ability to call protections, audibles, look off the safety, and progress to the third option on the opposite side of the field on multiple occasions (all extremely underrated qualities in fan evaluations). From what I've read he's basically a mobile Peyton Manning. Also in spite of not having the same level of elusiveness as RG3 he can still escape the pocket and buy time for receivers to get open down field. It is tough though. They're both incredibly talented. I feel like this "rivalry" is going to be like Eli vs Rivers on steroids. |
Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
Luck played in a pro style offense @ Stanford and Griffin played in the spread. Had it been the other way around, Luck wouldn't have been projected as a #1 overall pick the last two years. Griffin has amazing intelligence to go along with incredible athleticism. As a QB playing in a spread offense @ Baylor, he threw 37 TDs with only 6 INTs with a 72% completion percentage and almost 4300 yards passing. Last but not least, the Big 12 Conference that Griffin played in is far more competitive than the Pac 12 Conference that Luck played in. RG3 is crystal clearly the better quarterback heading into the NFL draft.

Maybe to you, but the consensus among scouts and evaluators who do this sort of thing for a living say otherwise. They're neck and neck, 1 and 1a. I find it hard to say either guy is head and shoulders above the other. |

Who's joking? Robert Griffin clearly has something against the Colts, and hates them with a passion. |

Griffin hates everyone in the NFL. He's holding out for an offer from the Toronto Argonauts.

They'd have to have brass balls to do something like that, I can't imagine how upset the people of Baltimore would be. Talk about creating a permanent hatred for the people of Indy. |

My source just told me right now if that happens that Cleveland will get a replacement team with the same name & colors, if that does happen of course. |

Holy crap! Seriously? By the way, buzz around the watercooler is that South Carolina plans on seceding. They could just be bluffing though |
