Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
Per Jay Glazer.
https://twitter.com/#!/JayGlazer/sta...20492967624704 Compensation is three first round picks, including the no. 6. At least three first rounders. Still trying to track what else the Redskins gave up here.

Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
It's an overpay, but I don't think the Redskins were anticipating losing the Peyton Manning leverage prior to the start of free agency. Manning did them no favors.
If it's JUST three first rounders, that's actually a pretty decent deal because you're not giving up much present value: the equivalent of a 1, 2, and a 3, which would have been reasonable under the trade value chart. But chances are we're probably throwing a 3 and a 5 as well, in which case, the Rams are probably keeping us in the position tonight.
