Not assuming you mean this but just as a general statement, I really doubt he dreams of lining up against the Skins and taking "revenge" Lets be real... He does not care about the Skins one way or the other...

It seems clear to me that his big contract de-motivated him. With someone else, things may be different and he might be back to Tennessee form.

It seems clear to me that he's always been motivated by money.

His two best seasons came in 2007 and 2008. 2008 was a contract year for Haynesworth. He had two really awesome seasons, but before that, he'd just been...well, not average. He was still a pretty good football player, but the most sacks he had in a season was three, before he exploded in 2007 and 2008.

He was fighting for the ginormous contract he knew he was going to get.

If the big contract he got de-motivated him, that kinda proves that the guy only cares about the money. He got his money and then decided to stop producing.

He turned 30 in June. He's got about 3 more years of decent play in him at most, and quite probably less. Haynesworth riverboat gambling style of freelancing is bound to lead to a lol play in which he gets embarassed.

I agree that he would have nil effect playing in the division against us. He doesnt have pride in himself enough to try harder just to 'get back' at us. Money and laziness are that tub's motivation, and i have a solution. Tell the team leaders that you are going to set an example of him, so that your plans are communicated. And then in training camp, stop toying around with insulting him, really insult him. Assign him to the Defensive Backs. And then run his fat ass.

The media will flip. And the response should be, 'Albert is such a tremendous athlete, and we are excited about the diversity this new skill set will add to his value for our TEAM. As the rest of our TEAM is currently EARNING the pay promised them in their contracts, i would like to spend the bulk of this meeting discussing them.'

Get something for Albert and let him go. Again, I say he won't have an impact for any team, because he gets hurt and he takes plays off. Plus the minute things don't go his way, he sulks. He is not a professional. A professional would see a $100 million contract as a sign he is suppose to be a team leader. He is a team distraction.
