But Florida, the age of consent is 18 so if he did have sex with a 17 year old, thats statutory rape. Romeo Juliet law allows some consideration if they are within 4 years of age.

the whole I have a son and I let him to go spring break thing is weird to .. he doesnt have a son, he has some 19 year old living at his house for some reason. This 19 year odl has a dad, he isnt named Matthew gaetz.

I just watched this. Gaetz is going out of his way to try to throw Tucker under the bus with him. Very weird.
I liked Gaetz, but this interview, not because he's necessarily guilty of anything illegal, but just because of the typical trying to deflect, is off-putting at best and flat out wrong at worst. He's a perfect (and for Americans shitty) politician for DC.
