The quality of QB's in this particular draft class isn't like every other year. It is very below average.

Also Shanahan has a great track record developing QB's? Like John Elway and Steve Young? They were both fully developed Hall of Famers before he even started working with them.

Who did he develop? Maybe Jake Plummer. Kind of.

Jay Cutler? See what I mean.

I hope we don't reach on a QB, but if we do pick a QB in the first round I will be hopeful that they really do see someone with that "it" factor which I have no doubt Shanahan should be able to recognize.
