I hope we don't reach on a QB, but if we do pick a QB in the first round I will be hopeful that they really do see someone with that "it" factor which I have no doubt Shanahan should be able to recognize.
Young was shaky as hell and almost got tossed to another team until the season that Shanahan came in; it's been pretty well spoken that Shanahan is who helped him turn it around.
