I have no problem with someone giving money to charity to have a tax write off but hiding the money in a foundation is more of a way to sheild money from paying taxes. The small % that is required to donate is chump change compared to the tax rate. I really don't really care what she does with her money but don't say the rich are not paying enough taxes when your hiding money from the IRS.

Rich people shelter and hide money, that's what the do... I guess she's a perfect example of the problem we face with rich-tax-cheats.
