I'd have to dig around for the story but it was not set up for charity but more for a reason to avoid paying taxes. I have no problem with someone giving money to charity to have a tax write off but hiding the money in a foundation is more of a way to sheild money from paying taxes. The small % that is required to donate is chump change compared to the tax rate. I really don't really care what she does with her money but don't say the rich are not paying enough taxes when your hiding money from the IRS.
