I see a coaching staff that made some mistakes, yeah, but I also saw a coaching staff who came in and has established some discipline. I didn't like how Shanny handled the situation with McNabb, but overall, I believe the team is in the right direction. And, before you say anything about Kansas City turning things around in one year, there is a big difference. That team was a much younger team and it was Matt Cassel's second year in KC.

Which is to say that essentially they didn't turn it around in 1 year, they have been buidling in the draft, particularly on D, and those players started to produce. M. Cassel in his 2nd year, maybe McNabb will have similar success in year 2?
