Colt McCoy is 6'1" and Sam Bradford is 6'4", that would be a huge difference playing in the NFC East where you'd face some of the more prolific pass rushers twice a year. Looking at their respective stat lines over the first two years, the amount of time they've turned the ball over, their QB rating are nearly the same, both play for horrible teams, it's just really difficult to say who's definitively a "project" and who isn't. So I'd go with the guy more physically promising, a year younger, and has shown some flashes of being a quality NFL quarterback.
You know, that's a really good argument. I'd still go McCoy, but this is very well stated 12th.
