Victor Cruz. That's who my money's on. They probably signed him to an offer sheet and when Irsay says they've been working on it for the past 5 days its probably because its been 5 days since they signed him to the offer sheet.

Nicks is under contract till next year,Cruz just change agents and has(or had) a new waiting period his new Agent is Condon same as Eli's,expect Eli to restructure and sign Cruz
