Jim irsay is saying its a WR. They're in Arizona. Could it be Fitzgerald? Maybe but I don't think so. Steve smith? Nah too old, plus Cam has no WRs as is. DeSean Jackson? Victor Cruz. That's who my money's on. They probably signed him to an offer sheet and when Irsay says they've been working on it for the past 5 days its probably because its been 5 days since they signed him to the offer sheet.
