Marx Brothers Abbott and Costello Flip Wilson George Carlin Bill Cosby Robin Williams Billy Crystal Chris Rock Richard Pryor Bob Newhart Carl Reiner Mel Brooks Moms Mabley Gilda Radner Carol Burnett

I'd put Mel Brooks at the top of the list myself, Gary Larson 2d, Pryor 3rd, Ben Stiller, and then Charlie Chaplin.
