Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams
This is crazy, people on here talking about firing Greg Williams, i mean i'm not to convinced about Al Saunders but we know what he can do with a offense. I'm a huge fan of GW its the players. He's a awesome defensive coach, we have to just hope we can get some better players. Honestly the offense does look like shit, and so does the D. But these guys are professionals and by next year hopefully are act can get together. This goes straight to the players but play calling on offense could get little better. We have the talent on the Offense, and really we have some on defense except Archuleta he sucks ass. Lets hope it gets better... Go skins lets never give up, u know JG won't let it

I don't think anybody should be fired, but there's nothing wrong with blaming anyone right now. When you're 3-6 there's plenty of blame to go around.

Totally agree. We need consistency on the coaching staff - there shouldn't be any talk of firing them. However, they share in the blame.

Zero TDs in division roadgames this year is inexcusable. All the division losses are on the offense. Gibbs needs to stay away from offensive playcalling, period. Let the old man just manage the players (clearly his strength), and leave the offense to Saunders. |

The "O" looks exactly like last years. No production during December. Gibbs needs to let go!

Yes, it sounded fantastic back before rook camp, spring camp, however it is not working here. When I heard Brunell speak about Saunders bring a new, 700 page play book to us, and Mark said "it stinks"....something like at my age I have to RElearn a 700 page playbook, "sucks." 1. Protect Campbell, (O) 2. Trade for Andrew Walter, he'd love to be our backup 3. Make Saunders call plays from the sideline. 4. Let GW tear a new culo into somebody who did not play up to expectations. 5. Do not tell Campbell what to do. Let him make his own decisions. Maybe someday you will compare him with Cunningham. Let him play; Hail 44 How would you like to be cut, relegated to the practice squaud or IR'd and watch the Eggs beat you 27-3? |

Greg Williams was the hottest canidate for head coaching jobs last year. The skins are lucky to still have him.

Re: Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams
I think the team need to seriously bring in a GM that is really adept at evaluating talent in players, I don't mean the established talent, but new or underrated talent. The Skin's have had alot of talent come and go over the last few years, some of it past their prime and not worth what they where paid, some where worth the money and where under appreciated for their talent such as Antonio Pierce and Ryan Clark for instance, oh remember Trent Green?
I do not like free agency because too many players come and go and teams can't build a solid team for more than a couple of years, except for the Patriots |

Re: Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams
The coaches are to blame. No other organization has coaches that have more control than the Redskins. I have never liked GW's style of defense, because it has always been vulnerable to the big play. The coaches for other teams dont hire the players like they do in Washington. On top of the players playing like s**t, they are undisciplined and kill themselves with penalties.

Re: Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams
Having the 30th-ranked defense only proves that Gregg has lost his touch.

Re: Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams
I'm saying he's lost his touch this year. C'mon man, we're nearly last in the league in yards/game and pass defense. You think he should win accolades for that? Last year is long gone; it means nothing today.
