Check this article out, Smoot finally answers ?3

He never really gave a direct answer. He gave us a couple of clues but I am not ready to close the book on Q3. Not now, NOT EVER!!!! LONG LIVE QUESTION 3

Do you think that when Smoot used the term "on the back end" he was really referring to his contract?

The question was originally questioned to gibbs. THe Holy thread's title was once, did you hear my question i asked gibbs(or something like that). It was an important descripition of the question and one that was put there for us to use today. I will wait on the word of Gibbs.

You're right about that, and I was thinking about whether or not this counts as an answer to the question when I started this thread.
On the one hand, the question was about Smoot, so I do feel that he's in a position to answer it.
But on the other hand, it was posed to Gibbs so he is probably the only one who actually holds the Golden Key.

Like I said before, maybe Smoot is just trying to fool all of us. I bet that either the CIA or the Stone Masons put him up to it.
