Here's a great marinate:

1 cup oil
1/3 cup vin.
2 cloves garlick (diced)
1 TBSP dry mustard
dash texas pete
1 1/2 TBSP Worcheshire
little salt and crack pepper

Combine all and Marinade all night or for a minimum of 3 hours.

the grill is great. and i agree about the fact that you have to clean it yourself. but the burgers are delisshhhhhh
