Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
Nice additions...but I don't think any reasonable person was thinking SB. Heck, any reasonable fan knows that RG3 will have his growing pains.

Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
here is what i dont get we could have kept our picks and tried to get brady quinn or even joe webb. we could have even drafted tanninhill or hell ostwiller, weeden, or some other project qb. both moves would have still be cheaper then this.
but on this flip side all we did was give up 3 picks (2 first rounders and a 2nd rounder) normally it could have been way more so we will just have to deal with this. Which bring me to my other points do you know if mike vick was taller the eagles would have been real dangerous. (ala cam newton) oh and on the other side of things the bears gave up alot to get jay cutler from denver and what did denv er do with those picks? lets see they got tim tebow and denarius thomas who might i add didnt do hardly anything. one cant throw the other has no speed at all. so can we all agree to see what happens please? |

Yup, since last year going into the season with Rex Grossman and John Beck was such a championship move.

You all are gunna shit a brick if they moved up to get Blackmon to pair with their 3rd Rd QB Weeden because of their connection. LOL.

Great Move... It's a steep price, but to potentially have a top level QB for the next 10-12years is worth 3 1sts and a second. As mentioned, RGIII will have growing pains, but overall this, (IMO) is not a move that we'll look back on in 5 years and regret.

That would be a good point only if the same people that signed Haynesworth were still running the FO, but they are not.

McNabb wasnt that long ago. It was a risk worth taking, but ended crazy at least

Better example, though luckily we got out of that with little cap trouble. I think.

Ok, now onto more important stuff..
If I am creating RGIII on my Madden game... what do you think his attributes are going to be? Vick speed? Newton arm strength?

Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft
he probably has vicks speed, but he shouldnt be compared to him. vick is more illusive, and RG3 is much more accurate passer than vick was when he came out.
