I agree with his decision to sit out the season, if I were him I wouldn't take any chances, he has a family to think about........

I agree as well. Great player, but cant risk his long term health, he has already accomlished everything he needs too. Shouldnt risk it, even though its hard to not do somthing you love.

i really like him, i wish i could see him play but his health is the most important thing. Great career he should be proud

yep. i wish him luck and a speedy recovery. but i wouldn't be suprised if he retired, he's accomplished everything he wanted to.

Whether its just for this year or for his future, I would be very surprised if he doesn't end up working a pregame show or in the booth. Bruschi is a very personable guy with impecable credentials.
