Bathroom has 2 urinals and 2 stalls. You walk in and someone is at the urinal, do you take an empty stall or saddle up next to the other guy at the urinal? Just to add a twist, if you are at the urinal closest to the stalls, when the bathroom door opens people walking by can see in and see you at the urinal (why this has never been fixed is beyond me, been here 5 years and after numerous complaints nothing has been done, all that needs to be done is one of those divider things by the door ).

Find a new job.
