I am glad that KC straightened out his position. I think he plays this year on the FT unless the Skins do a record setting deal, and maybe they will. His most telling part to me was his desire to see what he is worth as a free agent. I think had the Skins let him negotiate with teams under the non-exclusive tag he would have felt that he was getting market value, but by making it exclusive he knows it sets him up for a 1 year 33 million price next year, at that point he will have played for 77million over three years. Any long term deal has to match that structure (25m apy). I got the feeling he is more than willing to play by the FT rules until the Skins let him see his market value or pay him over what he thinks the market would pay him since he can't.prove it because the Skins didn't let him.
