yeah, if it's a cheap steak, i'll marinate it in italian dressing, or one of the marinades from Lowry's and grill it on the Foreman. Anything else won't see anything but my charcoal grill.

Here's a great marinate:

1 cup oil
1/3 cup vin.
2 cloves garlick (diced)
1 TBSP dry mustard
dash texas pete
1 1/2 TBSP Worcheshire
little salt and crack pepper

Combine all and Marinade all night or for a minimum of 3 hours.
