UMD Terps Upset Number 1 UNC

maybe not worth its own thread but its the off-season and this is the biggest upset in Mens Basketball all year. This is a definite high point in this horrible season for the terps. The unranked terps beat Number 1 UNC at UNC. That makes Gary Williams 4-3 in the last 7 games against number 1 teams and the 7th total win over number 1 teams.

It was a fantastic game and it was a very well fought. Maryland was an 18 point underdog. It was a fantastic upset. i feel like such a f....ing idiot for not making the trip for this game. Maryland has 8 days off till we play Duke at home. That is also the returning weekend for students at maryland. Everyone is going to get drunk and go to that game.
