To be fair I think we need to give JC until the end of this season before we can properly judge his progress. He's now got 19 starts under his belt, experts will typically say you need to give a QB about 30 starts before you know what you've got. By season's end I think we'll know if JC has what it takes to be a franchise QB or not.
