Favre seeks release from Packers (updated)

My how time clouds memory.

Let's forget Farve and put the magnifying glass on Campbell. It is time for Campbell to put up, get back on the bench or go to another team. He needs sot step up or step out.

Last year, the Redskins should have beat the Packers, but we lost 17-14. Defenses ruled the game.

Re stats, Campbell outplayed Farve.

Washington Comp Att Yds Pct Y/A Sack YdsL TD Int
J. Campbell 21 37 217 56.8 5.9 3 7 1 1
Green Bay Comp Att Yds Pct Y/A Sack YdsL TD Int
B. Favre 19 37 188 51.4 5.1 2 19 0 2

Look at the play by play in the fourth quarter. Both Campbell and Farve were poor, with ZERO points scored by either team and the Redskins losing by three. If you remember the game, it was bad offense and bad play calling in the fourth quarter for the Skins. Take a look if you can stomach the memory.

I'm a season ticket holder for both the Redskins and the University of Hawaii. I saw first hand Brennan win games that UH shouldn't have won. I'm waiting for Campbell to do the same for the Skins. If Campbell just plays an average game, we'll be an average game at best. I want to score more points and win. You guys can kick Brennan all you want, but when he does make it, I presume you will apologize publicly.
