It's a respect thing.
People don't burn Bibles anymore, they don't burn Torahs, so why burn the Koran? What's the point of it? I mean hell, if you're gonna start burning religious manuscripts, I think the Bible deserves it just as much as the Koran does. Or hell, while we're burning Korans, why don't we just fly a plane into Mecca? That'd be the ultimate disrespect. That'll show em.
