From my understand the Skins would have to repay all the money for the infrastructure if the lease is broken but my question is again what do you do with Fed Ex ?

The land alone is worth at least $500,000,000 based on location and infrastructure. A mixed use development of it would generate a fair amount more in revenue for the county and state than the current situation where it sits empty 345 days a year.

The physical stadium equity argument is dubious. The actual stadium is only worth what they could get to have someone else occupy it and there aren't a bunch of revenue generating pro or college sports teams wandering around homeless.

I disagree ,you just did that on the other side of the beltway where the Cap Center use to be and the Landover Mall failed so I sincerely doubt that the area can sustain any more new business's and no way is the property alone worth 500 million .Not in that neighborhood .

I don't believe it's all that, but I don't have the details
