Re: Skins-Cowboys: Offensive MVP
I went with Moss, because - despite Brunell's late heroics - he was too quick to go to his checkdowns for most of the game.
Small complaint given the victory, but I'd like to see a consistent offense so we don't have to rely on heroics.

Re: Skins-Cowboys: Offensive MVP
Well Brunell played like sh*t for most of the game, so I'll go with Moss. But Brunell maned up and made the plays when he had too, so I give him credit there.

Re: Skins-Cowboys: Offensive MVP
I went Moss because he called his own number on the sidelines ("Winners what the ball in their hands when the game is on the line"), and because in today's NFL how many WRs would have just given up and got frustrated and started pouting or yelling at their QB on the sidelines after our first 57 minutes? Moss kept his composure, stayed patient, and was right there waiting when Brunell was finally ready to break out of it. Heck, if it was "the other" Moss, he'd have probably already been half way to the locker room. BRAVO Santana..........You're the MAN!

Re: Skins-Cowboys: Offensive MVP
Moss, just because as well as he did, i know he can makes plays like that all game.
bless Brunell, he put everything he had into those 3 minutes and got it done. but to me, he can't do things like that all game, and was pretty much making up for the rest of the game. |

Brunnell. Without his run, and his tosses, Moss wouldn't be in the picture.

Re: Skins-Cowboys: Offensive MVP
Its really hard to decide but i voted for moss because of the way he was able to get open enough so brunell could get him the ball on those 2 plays. Still, without that run by brunell on 3rd and 28 we would not have gotten into a manageable 4th down situation and his TD's were two of the best passes I've seen. However, he did have that bad interception, giving the cowboys 3 points which proved very crucial, and did miss some receivers who were open (not only those 2 deep passes).
They both made huge plays for us and hey both were the game's MVPs. |
