Yup. Its funny. I have absolutely no idea why people get on Griff for what he says. I think he is very humble, modest, and mature. I do not think he deflects blame. I think his words are often misconstrued. Problem is words dont win games. Play wins games. Unfortunately that is something imo that is terribly lacking. Not his damn tweets. Who gives a shit about his effin tweets.

He isn't humble nor modest. He's boasted about this being his team. He's boasted about he'll play the way he wants to play. He's thrown the team under the bus on various occasions. He's constantly defending his bad words or his "toughness". In three years, this kid still hasn't gotten this single concept down, which is to SHUT THE FUCK UP.

I agree 1000% with this!! ..Just don't talk at all..LET YOUR PLAY DO THE TALKING!!..If RGIII is truly working hard and truly understands the game and this is the results then the Skins have the worst coaches in all of football…I believe that based on what the team did at Dallas and several other games this year that the Skins looked okay that the issue is not coaching. If I were the owner I would take the logo off the helmet until the team looked like they deserved it…I truly believe that the mix of free agent malcontents are what is destroying this franchise..look at D max..great skills..but already major drama..garcon is upset waiting to explode..Ryan Clark can't cover anymore..we keep bringing in these high paid out of towner's who never pay off in the long run..RGIII is and always has been a project ..Shanny hid his weakness as best he could..we have 6 games to find out about RGIII . Definitely his best strategy at this point. I would add 5) Play the way you're taught to play and 6) Work night and day to get better. Also, you might want to move #4 up to #1 and add "and listen" to it.

I wonder if Robert is starting to comprehend that his career is in jeopardy.

We can agree to disagree. Im probably in the minority but I dont think his intentions are to do any of that. I think he is trying to come across as a leader, and someone who cares enough to win and not just collect a paycheck. His words get twisted and misconstrued. Does his play come across as mighty as his word - no. Not at all. But You can't fault him for that. He has said several times that he must play better. Whatevs though I dont think he will be around that much longer anyway.
