KC's Justin Houston signed a 6-year, $101M deal that includes $52.5M GTD, richest Chiefs' deal in history, richest LB deal in NFL history.

The problem is that the cap is going to be going up significantly each year. It may be an overpayment this year, but in two years, it could be a pretty good contract for the team. By the time its over, that contract could be a steal if his play stays where its at.

Thats one of the problems with talking about contracts now compared to in the past. We didnt have the cap going crazy like it is now.
