The other name on that list that is intriguing is Steve Wilks. Sure he doesn't have the coordinator experience that Bradley or Phillips has, but I will give him his credit for developing Josh Norman. Looking back on it, if you were Gruden would you have hired Phillips? The owner already hates you cause you benched his BFF. You bring in a guy who has HC experience, he's an immediate threat to Gruden the minute he walks in the door. Tough call for Gruden. But there were other other guys out there, maybe Eri Mangini or Jim Schwartz.

Now it's coming out that the players didn't even play the defense that Barry was calling...according to Ricky Jean. Shows a total lack of respect. We need a guy in here who the players fear and respect at the same time.

Um, I think he hired Barry before he benched RG3. Barry was hired in the offseason, RG3 wasn't benched until preseason.

They should have fired Barry after the GB playoff debacle last year. The message would have been loud and clear that a performance like that is unacceptable. But better a year late than never...

Rex, GW, and Nolan won't be coming back for reasons already stated by others. If Wade is interested (and hungry) I'm all in.

In 2014 he was benched and I think he and Snyder were already off on the wrong foot. Remember the reports that Snyder called Gruden's agent in 14 and said..."your guy is stealing" That can't be confirmed but I probably think Gruden went for a DC that would not threaten him.

I'm not saying you're wrong but I never heard anything about that. I am sure Snyder was disappointed we gave up on RG3 though, so it's possible.
