You bring in a guy who has HC experience, he's an immediate threat to Gruden the minute he walks in the door. Tough call for Gruden. But there were other other guys out there, maybe Eri Mangini or Jim Schwartz.

Now it's coming out that the players didn't even play the defense that Barry was calling...according to Ricky Jean. Shows a total lack of respect. We need a guy in here who the players fear and respect at the same time.

Um, I think he hired Barry before he benched RG3. Barry was hired in the offseason, RG3 wasn't benched until preseason.
