Fair enough. I'm definitely not trying to say we only have McC to thank for where we're at, clearly Gruden has played a hand in the success of this team. But right now Gruden is our only saving grace. Way too much negative bs about the McC/Allen beef and the Kirk not wanting us bs for me to think Gruden can steer us out of this ship alone. I didn't have a problem with Allen handling the business side of things, but I have a major problem with Allen being involved in player evaluations. He's got 1 good draft in 2014 (that might be partially based on McC's scouting service) and then he's got fuck-all in years of drafting. He ruined the Bucs, and somehow managed to outlast Shanahan (I guess because he was the bit player and Mike S. had "total control.") But as long as Allen/Snyder are in charge, I will be convinced we are not any better off then we were. Especially if Kirk leaves and we get a ham sandwich or worse in return.
