Another example of how our Justice system is wrong. this fuckin coward. complete trash. I hope the victim family comes after every cent Hernandez left behind and leaves his wife broke

The problem is the law is written in such a way that it leaves it open to loopholes, like this. Hernandez just took advantage of it. No doubt the family will sue his estate, and with the evidence they got for the conviction I'm pretty sure a big chunk of his earnings will go Lloyd's family. Won't make up for the death but it will help in some manner.
