What is the contingency plan IF Kirk leaves next year?
Colt McCoy?

Not having another QB in the pipeline has been my gripe for awhile now.

Every franchise, especially WCO, should always have developmental QBs in the que especially since they've been doing this dance with Kirk for 2 seasons now.

IF Kirk is playing elsewhere and there isn't a viable QB under center then heads should roll.
