(fully guaranteed = FT this year + transition tag amount next year +750K base each year, injury covers 3 full years)

I don't see how Cousins signs anything less.

I also think the deafening silence is very good news. If it was not happening, I believe that Cousins camp would be letting teams know the Skins numbers weren't to his liking.
